PRODUCTS IN WARRANTY PERIOD
You will be asked for the number RMA to GIS IBERICA and to specify the reason of the damaged or faulty item to be repaired or changed.
REFUND FOR DISAGREEMENT
The customer has the right of returning the product within 7 working days after receipt and to ask for a credit note. (Except imported material or specially manufactured material).
Returns made in after 7 and before 15 days will have 15% deducted from the product value.
The customer will be responsible for all charges in caused by the right of revocation, as well as any damage to the product. The returned goods should be packaged with the original package.
In case of returns because of damage to the product or anomalies within the shipping should be notified within a maximum deadline of 24H from receit of the goods, after this deadline, returns won't be accepted for this reason.
The notifications of returns should be sent to gisiberica@gisiberica.com, you will have to explain the flaw or the malfunction and if appropriate, attach a picture of the flaw.
In case of not to doing this, the company reserves the right of not crediting the product before our post sales service department checks the products.
In case of return, the refund will be done once the product is back in our facilities, perfectly packaged, shipping costs paid by the customer and after testing by our technical service. |
